Processing of contact-form data is based on the consent given through the required privacy checkbox and on the legitimate interest of responding to the enquiry. Server-log processing is based on the legitimate interest of maintaining website security and functionality.
7. Hosting and service providers
The website is hosted on Netlify infrastructure. Netlify processes technical data as a processor in order to deliver and secure the website and contact form. Website assets, including images and stylesheets, are hosted locally wherever possible. No externally hosted analytics or tracking services are used at launch.

As hosting and form processing may involve infrastructure outside Switzerland, data may be processed in other countries. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are sought in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
